Our fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars.  Completed reports are sent to the email address provided to us on the order.  We typically deliver the reports within 5 to 7 days.  Some delays may occur due to complex or atypical subject properties, and / or difficulty gaining access into the property.  We will provide updates on the status of the orders.
